JUDY AND JOHN RUTHVEN FOUNDATION REVISED MISSION STATEMENT- The Foundation is organized and shall at all times be operated to promote public appreciation of wildlife and art and history. The Foundation will maintain an art studio that will contain original and duplicate works created by and over the long and distinguished career of John A. Ruthven, a world-renowned wildlife artist. The studio will be open to the public for educational purposes. In addition, the Foundation will make grants to various organizations to promote the study of art and history, related eductional initiatives, and historic preservation, provided that the Foundation will make grants only to organizations which qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and which are organized and operated exclusively for charitable or educational purposes.
