Hands across the bay played a vital role in supporting tampa bay communities-especially in pinellas and hillsborough counties-after hurricanes milton and helene. Our kindness warrior truck delivered essential supplies such as water, food, gift cards, and cleaning items to flood-affected neighborhoods. Through our community empowerment center, we provided families with groceries, hygiene products, clothing, and other necessities as many lost power and access to food. In total, hands across the bay assisted over 1,000 families in 2024.

The kindness warrior program spreads love and random acts of kindness to unexpected recipients to make them smile and bring positivity to their life. In 2024 the organization provided 350 students with a backpack full of needed supplies, grades k-12 and 10 boxes full of supplies to teachers in needy areas. Additional acts of kindness were provided to very deserving teachers, first responders, cancer fighters, domestic violence survivors and others in need of a smile.

To partner with local nonprofits and charitable agencies to provide sponsorships and work together to make a bigger impact in our local community through collabaration.
