Jumpstart New Jersey Angel Network Inc

To: a) facilitate and coordinate activities of member angel investors, b) to screen potential angel investments in emerging technology businesses and other enterprises located primarily in new jersey and the mid-atlantic region, c) provide a forum for education, mentoring, communication, and interaction of angel investors with entrepreneurs, government, civic organizations, universities and the business community, d) promote and support regional economic development in new jersey and the mid atlantic by encouraging investment in new technologies and businesses, and (e) to hold, obtain, invest, dispose of, expend, apply, receive and administer funds, services and property for the promotion of the foregoing and related activities.
