Juneau County Agricultural Society

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding setion of a future federal tax code. This shall be accomplished through the promotion of agriculture, stock raising, dairying, manufacturing, and any other activity that can be perfored to develop the resources and promote the prosperity of juneau county, wi. This objective may be obtained by the holding of a county fair and the sponsorship of other activities as may be deemed appropriate or necessary to promote the above purposes of the corporation so long as all activities fall under the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
