Juneau Housing First Collaborative

The juneau housing first project (forget me not manor) provides permanent supportive housing units that targets juneaus highly vulnerable chronic homeless population who are chemically dependent and exhibit an extensive history of emergency service utilization. Many of these individuals have co-occurring disorders (substance abuse & mental health disorders). Forget me not manor provides safe and secure housing to 65 residents in order to facilitate dignified lives, a healthy community, and provides significant cost savings to the community. Jhfc operates 64 units of permanent supportive housing with services, including clinical services provided on site through a partner agency.

Low-income/affordable housing apartments (in the organization's former downtown location). Jhfc finished a remodel of the buildings in this fiscal year to provide housing to approximately 6 tenants.
