Membership development and support which includes expenses associated with providing adminstrative support to jci national organizations in the implementtion of their projects that fulfill their mission, the creation of new organizations, and the expansion of existing organizations, implementation of growth strategy initiatives, the administration of auxiliary membership groups such as senate and alumni, and the creation of membersip guides and tools.

Other initiatives which includes expenses associated with skills develoment course creation, development, and speaker management, global youth empowerment fund, campaign & advocacy (ex peace is possible campaign), and special impact projects (ex development grants).

Special events which includes expenses associated with national presidents meetings, partner events, kanazawa conference, and other miscellaneous events organized by or involving jci.
