Training and education: the junior league of denver has, over the years, acquired a reputation as the leading women's organization in developing leaders who impact the community positively. The league believes in the power of trained volunteers and is resolute in providing training for women to be effective volunteers and leaders in the community throughout their lives. As such, the league is focused on providing an effective environment that incorporates skills in managing resources, values challenging experiences and, in the process, assimilates community awareness of the needs of families with young children.
