Volunteer training and placement programs: We provided training to members, which isrelevant to our mission of developing the potential of women. Trainings included atraining sponsored by the American Junior Leagues International on diversity, equity,and inclusion; leadership trainings with other Junior League chapters; a training on non-profit advocacy; and a training on wills and trusts.
Civil rights, social action, and advocacy programs: along with other Junior Leaguechapters, we advocated for state legislation relevant to five focus areas: humantrafficking prevention, violence prevention, health, education, and family support.
