Excellence in education grant program. The junior league of panama city, inc. Partners with the bay education foundation to administer the excellence in education grant program. The excellence in education grants reward teachers for using creative learning techniques in the classroom, and affords students opportunities that could not be funded otherwise. Since the program's inception in 2008,over 200,000 has been awarded to the local educators in partnership with the bay education foundation and has impacted thousands of students within the clasroom.

Diaper bank program. The junior league of panama city started a diaper bank in 2015 after recognizing a need in bay county. Diaper bank addresses diaper need within the community by distibuting through various partner agencies locally and does not distribute directly to the public. The junior league of panama city hosts a diper drive to help local families experiencing diaper need during diaper need awareness week. During the diaper drive, the junior league of panama city accepts donations of diapers, training pants and wipes at various bay county locations. These donations are then distributed to local partner acencies who work directly with the diaper wearing population.
