Juniper School Building Corporation

The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically holding title to real and/or personal property for, and makingthe same available for use by, the Juniper School (School), a public charter school approved Durango School District 9-R (the Authorizer), and to otherwise provide a public building, facilities, and equipment (Property) for the School.
