In memory of sierah joughin, the organization takes a multifaceted approach towards creating safe communities through empowerment, education & advocacy. The organization is focused on preventing assaults & abductions & establishing systems for quicker recovery if someone is in danger. The organization strives to help young people grow, learn & thrive within safe & supportive communities.

In december 2018, after educating ohio lawmakers on the value of a violent offender database in providing community awareness & expediting the process of funding kidnapped individuals, "sierah's law" was passed unanimously in the ohio house with a vote of 85-0. The passage of sierah's law created a database that can now be used by law enforcement & everyday citizens to find out where violent offenders live in our communities.
