The foundation was established in memory of justin samela miceli who was a devout member of holy name parish, a dedicated eagle scout and proud member of the boy scouts of america, and an outstanding student in the iona educational system. The foudation has been established to provide support to young people who exemplify who justin samela miceli was and what he believed in.
