Race Equity Justice Initiative - Provide staffing and coordination to a volunteer-based network of legal system stakeholders who come together for learning and accountability around anti-racism and ending racism within the law justice system. Activities included hosting bi-monthly meetings, webinars on equity and antiracism, and the development of written resources.

Internship Program - The purpose of this effort is to create meaningful opportunities for university students to engage with a nonprofit organization in a hands-on, supportive environment. Through this experience, interns are able to learn and practice new skills that will support their academic growth and strengthen their professional development. At the same time, the program allows our organization to contribute to the cultivation of the next generation of leaders by sharing knowledge, fostering mentorship, and creating spaces for students to explore their interests while making a tangible impact in the community.
