Mission
To promote and encourage public interest in and support for diversified agriculture; creation of a demonstration farm that serves as a focal point for disseminating traditional farming techniques, foster an appreciation of the traditional cultural concept of the ahupua'a and encourage and support youth agriculture training programs and other educational endeavours.
Programs

School partnerships: the school partnerships program works with schools and other educational programs to target alternative ways of learning. The program provides science-based cultural, and sustainable, hands-on workshops and activities.
Masi (malamaaina summer internship) program. This program works with high school students of the waianae coast. Students participate in an stipend paid intense 7 week program led by kaala farm staff and cultural practitioners. Students learn the hawaiian cultural way of life while learning about themselves and where they come from.
Educational demonstrations and sale of cultural and educational products.
