Ka'anapali ocean resort charitable trust formerly known as one ohana charitable trust primary purpose has been and will continue to be operated for the purpose of making charitable contributions to organizations, conducting research, study and educational activities aimed at improving the quality of life for the citizens and families of the county of maui, in the state of hawaii by supporting with charitable goals of projects beneficial to the community.
