ANIMAL & NATURE SANCTUARIES:KAHUBA Animal Sanctuaries are compassionate, no-kill rescue and rehabilitation ranches that provide a forever home to horses, llamas and other animals suffering dire circumstances, illness, premature euthanasia, or have narrowly escaped death from inhumane roundups and meat auctions. We focus on healing the animal from the inside out by introducing innovative holistic care with outstanding efficacy, and no harmful side effects. Once well, some of our animal residents choose to participate in animal-assisted therapy programs that help humans in need, and/or participate in our teachers training programs. KAHUBA equally commits to responsible earth management and land stewardship practices that supports domestic and wild animal grazing through sustainable farming and forestry, which preserve precious natural habitats and complex eco-communities. KAHUBA strives to foster a balanced co-existence between ALL beings so life may flourish for every species.
EDUCATION, SERVICES & TRAINING:KAHUBA offers clinical & non-clinical holistic wellness education, training and services that benefit humans and animals alike by sharing highly effective multi-modality tools and practices designed to improve mental health and whole-being wellness, naturally. We offer a growing number of free walk-in therapy centers for veterans, active military, emergency responders and their families. KAHUBA also trains the general public in a wide range of innovative science-based wellness practices that include bioenergetic medical therapy, holistic healing arts, equine therapy, as well as animal and nature stewardship, regenerative land management, and no-till farming, organic gardening, and restoring native species. Education is held via virtual platforms, live programming, internships, hospitals, clinics, veterans programs, colleges, highschools, et al. KAHUBA's collaborative approach partnering with other nonprofit and community organizations yields greater wellness outreach and efficacy, with lasting community impact.
