Programs

Sustainable lodging program. The regenerative lodging program provides opportunities for students and facilitators to experience living in sustainable housing structures on agriculturally zoned land and participating in regenerative practices in hawaii.
Food services program. The food services program provides training in kitchen and cooking skill on kalani's educational campus and promotes learning around value-add agriculture and resource management.
Other programs include service learning, wellness, and permaculture.
