Mission
The primary mission is to connect resources with needs in the local community. Kaleidoscope Community Services(KCS)is about people, community, and connections. KCS partners with agencies such as local school districts, adult probation programs, as well as other local social service oriented nonprofit programs to identify pressing community needs. Once those needs have been identified we then seek to build collaborations between faith based organizations, other community organizations and local businesses to effectively engage and complete those projects.

During 2024 kaleidoscope community services (kcs) continued to build and expand our work services program, our volunteer base, and direct pro bono services to those in need in our community of upper kittitas county in washington state. Kcs has continued build strong working partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses, and agencies who work with at risk populations. As a result of these deepening connections we continue to have a growing impact in our communuity.
Other outreach interactions outside of our work program included transportation, shopping assistance, visitation to isolated persons, presentations at community meetings, and continued networking with community nonprofits, churches, and community agencies and organizations. Throughout 2024 we were able to engage and deploy a number of new volunteers in a variety of roles assisting those in need in the community.
