Catering services - provides single event-based food services with additional revenues coming from the rental of event space as well as linens, chairs, tents, tables, and other dcor. Examples of events catered are graduation parties, wedding receptions, business or retirement luncheons, and trade shows. The corporation's kitchens also prepare hot, nutritionally balanced meals for daily home delivered meal services provided by local nonprofit and governmental agencies to the homebound -elderly, ill and disabled area residents who were unable to prepare meals for themselves. The corporation ended the program in may 2024.
