1) Identified different strategic program initiatives for short- and long-term youth academic aviation programs to strengthen community interest, career development, and aviation safety. 2) Temporarily paused program operations due to mandatory maintenance service bulletins which were successfully applied during the year. 3) Initiated draft on new program charter in consideration of 14 CFR Part 194 and Special Federal Aviation Regulation 120, which may redefine the current program to support improved operations for charitable transportation and reducing noise and environmental pollution.
