Kappa Omega Tau Fraternity Inc

1. Public programs (30%) the club participates in several university programs throughout the year that require broad participation of members. In the spring semester, this includes all-university sing. In the fall semester, this includes building a parade float for the annual baylor homecoming parade and organizing the annual baylor/kot christmas tree lighting. Net proceeds from the christmas tree lighting event are used to support various 501(c)(3) organizations in waco, tx. 2. Service projects (20%) the club does approximately a dozen service projects in both the fall and spring semester with an extended three-day service trip each spring. 3. Membership development (10%) this includes a host of new member education activities, including one-on- one meetings, study hall, service, training, and initiation. 4. New member recruitment (10%) each semester, the club takes new members. This process includes several activities designed to introduce potential members to the club and vice versa
