Our mission is to strive for Optimal Health in the Lupus and chronic illness community by educating, supporting, encouraging and empowering those affected. Our mission is to reduce health disparities for underserved and underrepresented individuals through equity, diversity and inclusion of all people. This is achieved through disease, physical and nutritional education. Our goal is to provide personalized support services, host community events and spread disease awareness in and around the community. Our end goal is to lower stress levels, encourage self-management skills, intervention and prevention through healthy eating habits and physical activity in an effort to prevent disease development and to minimize flares so that those affected by Lupus and other chronic diseases can live an Optimal Healthy Lifestyle.
