Mission
To address juvenile crime, graffiti and gang violence in the Harlingen, Tx area and establish programs that provide juveniles with alternative activities after school and provide mentoring and educational tools to high risk students. Provide safe enviroment for migrant families.

The building was purchased from Teen Challenge of Texas and is leased to Compass Connections Health and Human Services a U.S. governmental agency.
