Mission
Kc blind all-stars' mission is to support kansas state school for the blind and is dedicated to providing assistance to low vision and blind students in education, technology, and career programs. Kc blind all-stars provides assistive technology, scholarship opportunities, athletic events, and extra-curriculur sportsa along with experiences in music and performing arts.
Programs

Stem events and accessible programs; including, immersive week long experiences at space camp, make48 competition to develop a marketable prototype, kssb stem mobile unit that travels across the state to bring accessible technology to schools, podcasting club and makerspace program. These community programs allow students to explore technology, develop critical life skills, practice problem solving and foster an enviornment of enpowerment.
Athletics: the organization sponsors an annual 5k walk and run to promote low vision and blind awareness while raising funds for critical programs at kssb. Kcbas supports visually impaired students' participation in accessible sports including blind soccer, track and field, swimming, and goal ball. Kc blind all-stars sponsors high school students competing and attending state competiions through out their school conference while providing needed equipment and funds necessary for long distance travel. Kcbas provides needed supplies for extra-curriculur sports and after-school activities
Educational experiences: the kc blind all-stars provides support for students to have a varied and diverse educational experiences that include celebrate access events, extended school year, development of a sensory garden at kssb, scholarships for those attending training programs and college, low vision exams and equipment and inclusive entrepreneurship through the cafe and coffee bean roasting business.
