Managed a winter leagues for our organization and outside teams to compete and improve skills over the winter training months.

Provide access to club wide spiritwear for membership.

Conducted a Junior Youth Development program to provide instruction for 300 youth soccer players ages 4-8.

Provided youth camps and individualized instruction for field players and goal keepers through our P3 Training and Camp program.

Provided scholarships to soccer players through donations, fundraising and special events.

Provide a program for special needs participants called S.T.A.R.S. (Success Through Adapted Rec Soccer) with the goal of making the game of soccer accessible to all using the expertise of Union KC Coaches as well as that of Special Needs Experts, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists and more.
