Keep Cincinnati Beautiful Inc

Behavior change is at the core of keep cincinnati beautiful's mission. We believe that if we want to see sustainable behavior change in cincinnati, we need to start by educating young children. Kcb provides free environmental education to cincinnati public, private, and parochial schools. Through service learning, classroom presentations, assemblies, and field trips, we are growing green habits in over 20,000 students each year. Kcb also participates in a number of community meetings, workshops, presentations and events throughout the year to promote our message of anti-littering, recycling, community pride and sustainability.

As a part of community engagement program - the safe and clean grant program is intended for projects based on crime prevention through environmental design where improved beautification enhances community ownership and reduces violence. This funding is open for organizations prioritizing youth-led initiatives to promote positive physical changes in neighborhoods.
