Since 1983, keep midland beautiful (kmb) has developed grass-roots environmental education and programming that encourages people in midland, tx to take care of our community through cleaning up and preventing litter, reducing waste, recycling and creating and maintaining beautiful spaces. Kmb is an affiliate of keep texas beautiful and keep america beautiful. Special litter programs operate continuously to deal with our litter problem, especially during boom times in midland, tx.
