KTKF'S MISSION IS TO HELP OUR KUPUNA AGE IN PLACE BY DELIVERING FROZEN MEALS TO HOMEBOUND/ISOLATED SENIORS ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU. KTKF MEALS ARE NUTRITIOUS AND MEET 1/3 OF THE RECOMMENDED DAILY ALLOWANCE (RDA). THE SENIORS IN THE PROGRAM HAVE LOW TO MODERATE INCOMES ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU. MOST SENIORS HAVE MULTIPLE HEALTH PROBLEMS. THE MEALS ARE DELIVERED BY DEDICATED KTKF STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WHO CHECK ON THE SENIORS' WELL-BEING.
