Mission
To support the haredi community in israel. The haredi community is commonly referred to as ultra-orthodox jews. It is estimated that over 50% of haredi children live below the poverty line. The organization accomplishes this by providing charitable grants to not-for-profit institutions including the kemach foundation in israel. The kemach foundation provides a wide range of services to members of the haredi community in israel to promote employment and alleviate poverty. The kemach foundation offers testing, training, evaluation and guidance for individuals seeking employment. Professionals at the foundation evaluate applicants and provide advice with regard to an appropriate course of study that has the best chance of leading to gainful employment. The foundation also provides scholarships and ongoing mentoring to eligible students during their course of study.
