Day program - provides individuals with moderate developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn pre-vocational skills by performing maintenance tasks and through the fulfillment of piece work contracts from local businesses. Individuals with severe developmental disabilities are trained in basic self help skills and activities of daily living. The day program encourages individuals to work on a variety of skills that can lead to more independent living. Social and recreational skills are emphasized, as well as group participation and interaction with others. The day program serves approximately 47 - 50 individuals.
Supported employment program - provides employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. The center's thrift store employs approximately half of the individuals that receive services. Other individuals provide office cleaning services, shredding, recycling and professional bulk mailing service. The supportive employment program serves approximately 18 - 27 individuals.
