Mission

Ksi provides day habilitation and employment services to people with disabilities. This service is provided in various community settings in addition to the milford skill development center. Ksi also provides evaluation, placement and transportation services for our participants.

Ksi employment and day habilitation services - ksi provides pre-vocational training and community-based employment opportunities to build workplace readiness capability for participants looking to develop employment skills. In addition, ksi's day habilitation program is designed to aid individuals in achieving meaningful participation in their communities.

Transportation - ksi provides door-to-door transportation that allows those we serve to access our employment and training services. Ksi vehicles travel over 600,000 miles each year throughout kent and sussex counties.

Expenses: $1.5M

Nutritional services: ksi's cafeteria provides healthy daily breakfasts, snacks and lunches free of charge to each skill development center participant. It ensures that participants' bodies are well-nourished, as well as providing important time to socialize with friends. The ksi cafeteria also offers vital employment and training opportunities in food preparation and service to prepare participants for community-based jobs.
