The purpose of the association and the objectives to be promoted and carried out, in accordance with the by-laws, are as follows: to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information among its members. To encourage sound business practices and polices. To enhance confidence, respect and good fellowship among all who are engaged directly or indirectly in the motor vehicle industry and to protect trade & commerce among dealers and their allied partners in the commonwealth of kentucky

Kada held 5 district meetings in 2024 that had about 205 attendees. Meetings are held to discuss current industry issues.
The nada convention is an annual meeting for the national automobile dealers association. This convention includes many workshops, tradeshows and other events. The convention was held in february of 2024 in las vegas, nevada. The washington conference is sponsored by nada every year. It is a time where all state associations send key people to go to washington d.c. And visit with their congressmen to relay any important issues pertaining to the automotove industry. In 2024 kada sent two auto dealer members who serve on the board.
