To promote the malt beverage industry within the commonwealth of kentucky, with three goals in mind as follows: -to protect the safety, health, and welfare of the citizens of kentucky. -to foster vigorous and healthy inter-brand competition within the industry. -and to provide an orderly system of accountability, control, and tax collection within the industry.
