The federation publishes a newsletter on a regular basis to disseminate retail specific information benefiting all its 1,100 members. This publication includes government regulatory information and articles of current interest and benefit to the retail community. The federation also distributes other publications to its members on an as-needed basis. The federation also conducts on-going media relations to benefit its members.
Annual meeting held as a vehicle to gather information from its members as to current retail concerns and issues.
