Around the clock fall prevention program: provides assistance to 43 elderly individuals who are vulnerable to falls and injuries resulting therefrom by identifying fall risks in their homes and subsequently retrofitting their homes with grab bars, installing secure walkways and ramps, providing necessary durable medical equipment such as shower benches, beds, etc. And other related services to reduce the risks of falls.
