To provide a common meeting ground for the kern county sheriff's officers, the youth and the community, in an area of sports and supervised activities thereby fostering sportsmanship, goodwill, and friendship. To foster good relations between the sheriff's department and the community through its sponsorship of activities such as seminars, youth athletic competitions, and other charitable functions.
