KHEPERA Institute of Strategic Analysis is a nonprofit charitable, educational, and public policy organization based in the Washington DC area. Our mission is to promote creative, innovative, and practical ideas and solutions to further self-reliance in third world countries in general and sub-Saharan African countries in particular. The institute approaches issues facing those countries through multidisciplinary studies including but not limited to economics, culture, technology, engineering, health care, law, and international relations.
