To serve as a charitable and educational organization working to eliminate generational poverty in a four-county area of virginia (lancaster county, mathews county, middlesex county and northumberland county) by operating programs and making grants to improve prenatal and early childhood nutrition and expand and improve pre-kindergarten education.
