To provide members with (i) ongoing training in best practices for members' employees for child safety, education, customer service, and sales process, and (ii) legislative updates on regulations that are changing within the childcare industry in houston, tx and to facilitate peer to peer discussion, and shared branding expenses and legislative counsel which promote the members' common interest.
