Kindle projects purpose is to facilitate the flow of philanthropic capital to fund social, cultural,and environmental causes. By innovating creative ideas for moving money, educating partners,and elevating collaborative giving practices, kindle project serves as a bridge to connect inspired donors to leading-edge projects and people.

Education & facilitation in 2024, kp hosted and facilitated 25+ learning gatherings (webinars, virtual and in person sessions, and retreats) to strengthen understanding of participatory philanthropy among nonprofit community members and the greater public. For our unpublished podcast series, kp conducted research in various areas of interest, interviewed relevant members of the community, and produced content. Kp also developed educational materials about philanthropy and shared them through our newsletter, website, and electronic and in-person communications.

Advisory services in 2024, kp provided strategic advising to philanthropic professionals and institutions - including foundation staff and boards, intermediaries, wealth advisors, panels, donors, and philanthropic facilitators - on topics pertaining to community philanthropy, community decision-making, and inclusive governance. The goal of kp's advising is to advance philanthropic practices that are inclusive of the community stakeholders.
