We have continued to provide and improve our Conflict Resolution Training. This includes the continued evolution of our curriculum for CoRE (Conflict Resolution for Everyone) which is our Basic Mediation Training program. We have dramatically increased the diversity of our student base and have dramatically increased student knowledge gain.
We have continued our work in supporting tenants and landlords working through rental housing disputes. This work in the housing space is an area that we consistently get requests for, mostly due to all the existing challenges in the space.
We have other, smaller programs including our Youth Development program which supports peer mediation in public schools, we have community mediation, family mediation, workplace mediation work that we do as well
