Kings Ridge Homeowners Assoc Inc

The association has been organized for the following purposes: to promote the safety, welfare and enjoyment of the residents within the properly and such additions thereto as may hereafter be brought within the jurisdiction of the association by annexation as provided in section 6.02 below and for this purpose to: (a) own, acquire, operate and maintain commons, streets, footways and personal properties incident thereto (b) provide exterior maintenance for the lots and homes within the property (c) provide garbage and trash collection (d) maintain unkempt lands or trees (e) supplement municipal services (t) fix assessments (or charges) to be levied against the property enforce any and all covenants, restrictions and agreements applicable to the (h) pay taxes, if any, on the common properties and (i) insofar as permitted by law, to do any other thing that, in the opinion of the board of directors, will promote the common benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
