Kinsmen Initiative

Events (non-fundraising) - Each year, the organization hosts a series of gatherings for the men in the community and region. In 2023, there were two KINSMEN: Table gatherings hosted where expenses totaled $22,821.44. These gatherings are not a revenue source for the organization, which is why there's no revenue, they're completely free of charge for each of the invited attendees.

Professional services - In 2023, the organization did not have any employees. Rather, as needed, professionals would be hired for specific work, like graphic design, photography, speaking, podcast production, etc. This was the 3rd largest expense category for program services that contributed to the fulfillment of the vision / mission of the organization.

Marketing and Advertising to generate awareness, as well as the labor from the officer needed to perform the program services
