Mission
Our mission is to enhance the lives of children. We do this through our literacy programs, a commitment to dealing with the growing crisis of food insecurity, and our mentoring of high school students and young adults to pursue a path of service and leadership in their communities.We also provide scholarships to assist in the financial burden of pursuing higher education.We are committed to supporting our military families and those who have proudly worn our nations cloth. We fund various activities for our wounded military and their families. We also supply meals during the holidays for military families in need. Gold star families and our homeless veterans are also recipients of funding from Los Rancheros.

Breakfast of champions-scholarship breakfast for senior athletes in the poway school district. The funds were raised to award $18000 in scholarships and host the award ceremony. There were 10 scholarship recipients receiving awards at the breakfast.
Various other non-profit organizations including honor flight, needy families, gently hugged, abraxas garden, rb historical society and several others.
WOUNDED MARINES PROJECTSponsoring events and grants to exiting US Marines due to service and combat related disabilities and injuries. Events include fishing trips, on base barbeques and holiday meals.
Key Clubs: Contribution to various high schools Key Clubs that devote themselves to leadership training and community involvemnet.
Ronald Mcdonald House: The organization contributes and participates in voluntary services for this charity that provides services for parents and families of children that have been hospitalized with serious illnesses or trauma.
