Kiwanis International Inc

The Kiwanis Club of Greater Madera was incorporated with the California Secretary of State's Office on March 9, 2012. The Club was formed to support and contribute to children's programs in the vicinity of Madera, California and more generally in central California. The Club is chartered by Kiwanis International and is committed to the youth scholastic, safety and educational programs of that organization. The Club operates within the structure of Division 5, of the California, Hawaii, NevadaDistrict of Kiwanis International and these entities have review and monitoring authority over the Club. All Club activity will be conducted within the State of California. The Club funds are held by a bank in Madera, California. The Club holds no property or capital assets. The service labor of Club Officers and members is provided without compensation or benefit.
