We address individual and family needs and make connections to promote communities that thrive.
Programs

Homeless prevention: provided direct services to low-income households, serving 1,340 individuals through our homeless prevention program to provide shelter and rental assistance.
Supportive services for veteran families: this program assisted 117 veterans and their families who are homeless, or are at risk of becoming homeless, by obtaining housing, rental and utility assistance, and signing up for veteran affairs benefits.
Family support & connections (fs&c): provide case management and served 313 individuals this year. Fs&c's goal is to prevent kids from going into foster care by assisting the client in finding resources available to them within the community.
Representative payee: our representative payee program provide services to clients identified by social security as needing financial management services. This year our program assisted 168 participants in managing their social security and disability insurance benefits.
