The purpose of this organization is to provide educational opportunities to the general public through public access to tv broadcasting. Also provides an outlet for individuals and organizations who would like to express their creativity or interests. Kltv operates in a cooperative partnership with comcast and funding jurisdictions to facilitate open communication between government agencies and citizens, residents and their neighbors, and nonprofit organizations within the community at large.
