Access to knowledge - kei seeks to ensure that there is policy coherence between copyright law and other regulations that affect knowledge and the broader framework of human rights and the public interest. In particular, kei focuses on the needs of persons with lower incomes, marginalized populations, essential goods, and new sustainable approaches to the creation and management of knowledge that are fairer to all populations. Kei is deeply engaged in efforts to reform the work program of the world intellectual property organization and transform it into a positive agenda that addresses topics such as copyright limitations and exceptions and enhancing the sustainable supply of public knowledge goods.
