The specific purposes of the corporation include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing structured education in the Ukrainian language, history, literature, music, and culture; 2. Preserving and promoting Ukrainian heritage among students and the broader community; 3. Operating as a nonprofit educational institution that offers classes, events, lectures, performances, and cultural outreach; 4. Conducting any other lawful activities consistent with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
