Mission
To respect and improve the functionality and the quality of life for mentally challenged children and adults. Annual fundraiser (tootsie roll drive) raises money for statewide organizations with this same mission.

The aim of this program is to enhance the person's ability in hygiene, dressing one's self, etc. Examples of organizations receiving this aid include kentucky school for the blind; wendell foster autism program, and the cerebral palsy school-mattingly center. Distributions are made at the request of various knights of columbus councils throughout the commonwealt of kentucky who provide funds to the association raised by their respective tootsie roll drives.
